Return and Refund Policies

At CrazyKart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Replacement Eligibility -

We offer replacement only (no refunds) under the following conditions:

Replacement requests must be made within 2 days of          delivery.

Only genuine issues will be considered (damaged,                defective, wrong item received).

To be eligible for replacement:

A proper unboxing video (from package opening to            issue shown clearly) is mandatory.

Product must be in unused condition, with original            packaging and tags intact.

 

No Refunds / No Exchange -

We do not offer refunds for any reason.

Exchanges (for size, color, or personal preferences) are        not accepted.

 

Return Shipping - 

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping instructions will be provided once the replacement request is approved.

 

Damaged or Defective Products -

If the product received is damaged or defective, a replacement will be provided after verification of the issue via the required unboxing video.

No refunds will be issued for damaged or defective items.

Unboxing video (uploaded via Google Drive, Dropbox, or      WeTransfer link)

 

Processing Time -

Once your request and video are reviewed and approved, a replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.
